      Shanghai Angmai Chuang Metal Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was established in November 2024 and is located at Building 11, No. 1235, 1237 Miaoxiang Road, Lingang New Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. As the industrialization entity of the National Key Laboratory of Metal Matrix Composites at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the company deeply relies on the laboratory's over thirty years of technical accumulation and research and development foundation, combining cutting-edge theories with industrial applications to build a new industry-academia-research model for composite materials: "New Composite Theory - Technology R&D - Achievement Transformation - Market Application".​

      The company focuses on the production and manufacturing of high-performance lightweight structural aluminum matrix composite materials. Its core products cover a full range of specifications including ingots, profiles, plates, wires, and tubes. Several products developed by the company have been successfully applied in national strategic fields such as aerospace and national defense, precisely meeting the major demands of key components and providing core material assurance for the development of high-end national equipment. At the same time, applications in the aerospace field radiate to civil sectors. In civil fields such as 3C, rail transit, low-altitude economy, and embodied intelligence, it injects core momentum for lightweight upgrades, energy conservation and emission reduction, and the achievement of "dual carbon" goals, forming a diversified composite material application pattern that serves national strategies and considers industrial development.​

Through process optimization, equipment automation, and digitalization, while maintaining high performance, costs have been reduced by 60% and efficiency has been improved by 30%.

Possessing an annual production capacity of 500 tons of high-quality aluminum-based composite materials, with a complete production line from powder to components, and comprehensive coverage of various composite materials from profiles to wires.
