       In terms of forming capability, the company has overcome the manufacturing bottlenecks of extremely complex components: not only can it achieve precision forming with a minimum thickness of 1mm or less, but it can also complete integrated extrusion of special structures such as multi-wall dimensions, ultra-thin walls, and varying thicknesses, breaking the limitations of traditional profiles in terms of shape complexity and dimensional accuracy. In response to customer personalized needs, the company supports "drawing-based customized production"—customers only need to provide design drawings, and the industrial production line transformed from laboratory technology can achieve full-process services from customized design, process adaptation to precise forming, ensuring that the finished product fully matches customer scenario requirements.

Currently, these high-performance complex-shaped extrusions have widely supported the demand for high-performance aluminum materials in fields such as commercial aerospace, low-altitude economy, and new energy batteries, addressing the composite needs of specific equipment for "lightweight + high strength + complex structure."
