The core R&D personnel consist of 9 individuals (35% of the total), originating from the national key laboratory. They cover multiple disciplines such as materials science, computational science, and mechanical engineering. The technical backbone includes professors, post-doctoral researchers, and PhDs, who have been deeply involved in the design and preparation of aluminum matrix composites for over a decade, and have successfully created multiple varieties of high-performance particle-reinforced aluminum matrix composite systems.
Concurrently, 4 high-strength aluminum forming engineers have been recruited, all possessing nearly 20 years of experience in complex aluminum profile forming and processing. They have profound practical experience in key process areas such as extrusion die design, precision forming, and anodizing. By integrating forming technology with material design, they have overcome the challenges of efficient forming for complex cross-section components made from high-performance aluminum matrix composites.
